Carriers & addresses
The order is shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer; being specified that it must be the address of the customer's residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or PO boxes. Customers must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number / name, building number / name, staircase, access codes, names and / or numbers for the intercom, etc.).

Costs & delivery time
Prices applicable to the order are those indicated on the Website at the time of the order.

Worldwide: 25 €
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 working days for a delivery to European countries and 10 working days for an International delivery, from the date after the confirmation of the order. Nevertheless, the period may be extended up to 7 working days, especially during peak periods, considering the significant increase of the orders volume (ex: Christmas time .....).

RETURN

Any non-professional customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of 14 days from the delivery.
In such case, the customer shall contact CHINOISES at chinoises@chinoises.fr
The return request will be confirmed by CHINESE to the customer by email. The customer shall follow the procedure mentioned into the confirmation of the email. The products shall be returned to CHINESE within 14 days from the day of the Delivery. After 14 days, the sale is final.
The products shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels, brand new, without having used it or washed it. Return of the product (s) is the responsibility and at the charges of the customer. They can choose their courier (nonetheless, CHINESE should be able to track this order to avoid any lost parcel which might lead to a non-refund decision).

REFUND
​
Refund of the customer is made subject to the receipt of the products returned to CHINESE in its excellent condition. If the product delivered is damaged or different from the product ordered and if the customer does not adhere to these terms and conditions, including conditions of return or exchange, CHINOISES cannot proceed to refund the products in question. Except as otherwise indicated by the customer, repayment will be made through the same payment means used to pay the order. Payment will be made maximum 14 days after receiving the order back. Return of the product (s) is the responsibility and at the charges of the customer. They can choose their courier (nonetheless, CHINESE should be able to track this order to avoid any lost parcel which might lead to a non-refund decision).

If you are not home ...
In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the customer, products will be returned to CHINESE, which will contact the customer to organize another Delivery.
Damaged or lost packages
If you have received a damaged package or not received your package more than 10 days after shipment, please contact us. We will contact the forwarder and let you know what we find out.
